The Biden-Harris Administration recently announced executive actions that will allow certain undocumented spouses and children of U.S. citizens to obtain work authorization and eventual U.S. permanent residency status and provide certain DACA recipients and other qualifying Dreamers with U.S. degrees with a pathway to receive work visas.
