Justin Kennedy is a business immigration advisor and team lead in our office in Santa Clara, CA, where he initially started as an immigration paralegal. At our firm, he has worked on many complex immigration cases including for H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1A, Perm, EB-1, etc. for multiple different companies in a variety of industries. His approach to providing immigration solutions to our clients involves understanding employers' business needs and the skillsets of their individual employees, and then devising the best strategies to ensure success for them. With a formal educational background that includes a BA in English Literature, Justin also utilizes exemplary skills in creativity and written communication to put together the best possible petitions for our clients.
