Hemaxi Shah is a Business Immigration Analyst in the Santa Clara office of California.

Hemaxi earned a Bachelor of Laws from Mumbai University, India. She also has a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Pune University. In India along with her theoretical knowledge she has also gained practical knowledge by interning at 5 (national and international) Law firms and by practicing in the legal areas like Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Litigation,  Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Specific Relief Act,  and Transfer of Property Act. Additionally she had successfully passed her LLM degree (Master of Laws) from Syracuse University College of Law, NY. Along with her studies in Syracuse she was an active member of Central New York Women’s Bar Association (CNYWBA) and Labor & Employment in New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). She has also completed 30 hours of Pro Bono Legal Assistantship.
