Our Team

Fareed Shaik has been working in the field of Immigration law with Chugh, LLP since 2020. Prior to joining our team, Fareed worked as in-house immigration lead for an information technology company, focusing mainly on H1B and PERM applications.

Over the years, Fareed has worked on a variety of complex immigration matters involving, Request to Evidence (RFEs), notices of intent to deny (NOIDs) and notices of intent to revoke (NOIRs) on a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant issues.
