Deepa Badhwar is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Chugh, LLP, where she spearheads the marketing and development efforts across all US locations. With an impressive tenure that commenced in 2004, Ms. Badhwar has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm's marketing strategy.

In her capacity, Ms. Badhwar has demonstrated exceptional leadership by overseeing the marketing and event planning initiatives for prominent events such as the North American South Asian Bar Association (NASABA) Annual Conference in 2004 until 2011. Additionally, she has been instrumental in organizing annual fundraisers for esteemed organizations including the American India Foundation (2004-2008), Pratham (2007-2009), Akshaya (2011) Patra, SoCal Tiecon (2007-2013), and SoCal Diwali (2023) with Chugh, LLP providing crucial support.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she is recognized for her community engagement and leadership. Ms. Badhwar holds the prestigious position of Chairwoman at the Cerritos Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she actively contributes to the growth and development of the local business community.

Before joining, Chugh, LLP, Deepa Badhwar served as an Executive Recruiter excelling in diverse job functions, and successfully placing candidates for middle and senior-level roles in multinational corporations.
