Balween Kaur joined Chugh in 2011 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for strategizing, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all operational activities within the organization. Her role involves ensuring the development and implementation of streamlined operations and cost-effective systems that address both current and future organizational requirements.
