Andrea Mora-Alcauter is a highly experienced immigration paralegal with over 11 years of experience, focusing on business and USCIS immigration. Based in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office, she supports attorneys in preparing complex immigration filings and providing strategic assistance to businesses, investors, and individuals.
Andrea has extensive experience in investor and employment-based immigration, including E-2, L-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions. She assists in preparing and managing cases from company formation through the immigration process, ensuring compliance with corporate and USCIS regulations. She also provides support for H-1B registrations and transfers, working closely with attorneys and clients to streamline case preparation.
In addition to business immigration, Andrea has a strong background in removal defense, family-based petitions and humanitarian relief, assisting with waivers of inadmissibility, asylum, U-Visa, VAWA, DACA, and SIJS cases.
