There is no movement in the Final Action Dates or the Dates for Filing in the EB-1, EB-2, or EB-3 Professional and Skilled Worker categories.
November 2022 Final Action Dates:
EB-1: All countries remain current.
EB-2: China remains to June 8, 2019, and India remains on April 1, 2012. All other countries remain current.
EB-3 Professional and Skilled Workers: China is June 15, 2018, and India remains April 1, 2012. All other countries remain current.
EB-3 Other Workers: The worldwide cutoff date remains June 1, 2020. India remains at April 1, 2012, and China advances to December 1, 2012.
EB-4: The final action date for El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras remains March 15, 2018. Mexico remains September 15, 2020. All other countries remain current.
EB-5 Non-Regional (C5, T5): For unreserved visas, the Final Action Date for China remains on March 22, 2015. Similarly, India remains on November 8, 2019. All other countries and categories are current.
