Introduction
The United States Department of State has released the May 2024 Visa Bulletin. As predicted last month, there is no movement in the employment-based categories. USCIS has announced they will honor the Final Action Dates chart for filing employment-based adjustment of status applications.
Final Action Dates
The May 2024 Visa Bulletin from the State Department has revealed the following Final Action cutoff dates for an immigrant visa or approval of an adjustment of status application:
EB-4- Non-Minister Religious Worker
The EB-4 non-minister religious worker program received an extension in March and will continue through the end of the fiscal year. USCIS will honor the same final action date as other EB-4 visas: November 1, 2020.
