March 2024 Visa Bulletin

Introduction

The United States Department of State has released the March 2024 Visa Bulletin. EB-2 applicants globally (excluding India and China) will progress one week. EB-1 Applicants from China will advance two weeks and EB-1 Applicants from India move by one month. Other employment-based categories will remain unchanged. Moreover, Employment-based adjustment of status applications will be accepted based on the Final Action Dates chart as stated by USCIS.

Final Action Dates

• EB-1: All other countries will remain unchanged as Current. India advances by one month to October 1, 2020. China advances by two weeks to July 15, 2022.
• EB-2: China remains on January 1, 2020. India will remain on March 1, 2012. Other countries advance by one week to November 22, 2022.
• EB-3 Professionals and Skilled Workers: India will remain on July 1, 2012 and China will remain at September 1, 2020. All other countries will advance by one week to September 8, 2022.
• EB-5: Applies to Unreserved categories (C5, T5, I5, and R5), India will remain on December 1, 2020 and China to remain at December 15, 2015. Other countries will remain current.
• EB-5 set-aside categories such as Rural, High Unemployment, and Infrastructure will also remain current for all countries.

• China: January 01, 2023
• India: January 01, 2021
• All other countries: Current

 

EB-2:

• China: June 01, 2020
• India: May 15, 2012
• All other countries: February 15, 2023

 

EB-3 Professionals and Skilled Workers:

• China: July 01, 2021
• India: August 01, 2012
• Philippines: January 01, 2023
• All other countries: February 01, 2023

 

EB-5 Unreserved:

• China: January 01, 2017
• India: April 01, 2022
• All other countries: Current

 

EB-5 Set-Asides (Rural, High Unemployment, Infrastructure):

• Current for all countries
