Journey of Camaraderie and Dedication with Hugo Cobian, Chugh, LLP's Immigration Paralegal
Hugo Cobian is an Immigration Paralegal based in our office in Cerritos.
In all honesty, he feels that he stumbled into the field rather by chance. A former Chugh employee and his long-time friend, Richart, suggested to give it a try. Armed with his friend’s encouragement and support, Hugo made the transition from workers' compensation to immigration, a decision he has never regretted.
Dealing with diverse clients, each with their unique working styles and communication methods, brings about varied challenges, all of which Hugo has embraced wholeheartedly. His joy lies in delving into the clients' distinct stories and backgrounds. Ultimately, the satisfaction comes from discovering ways to simplify their lives by securing approvals for their cases.
His favorite part of working for Chugh, LLP, revolves around the colleagues he works with; the team exudes professionalism, knowledge, uniqueness, and a welcoming atmosphere. The special nature of the workplace stems from collaboration with colleagues in various offices, often spanning different states. For him, knowing the coworkers from different locations personally adds to the distinct charm of working here. He doesn't consider working for Chugh, LLP a regular job, but instead being a member of a large family united in pursuing a common goal. Undoubtedly, the favorite aspect of his job is the camaraderie among fellow Chugh employees.
