Introduction

The U.S. Department of State has released the February 2025 Visa Bulletin.

According to USCIS, Family-Sponsored Adjustment of Status applications must use the Dates for Filing chart, while Employment-Based Adjustment of Status applications must use the Final Action Dates chart.
