The United States State Department has released the December 2022 Visa Bulletin, including Final Action Cutoff dates for immigrant visas.
There is slight movement in Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing. EB-1 remains current for all countries. EB-2 retrogresses for most countries. EB-3 advances slightly for China and India, while all other countries will remain current.
Additionally, USCIS announced that they will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications next month from foreign nationals whose priority date is earlier than the dates listed on the Dates for Filing chart of the December 2022 Visa Bulletin.
• EB-1: All countries remain current, including China and India
• EB-2: China remains on June 8, 2019, and India changes to October 8, 2011. All other countries are November 1, 2022.
• EB-3 Professional and Skilled Workers: China is on August 1, 2018, and India is on June 15, 2012. All other countries remain current.
• EB-3 Other Workers: China is on June 22, 2013. India is on June 15, 2012, and all other countries are on June 1, 2020.
• EB-4: The final action date for El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras remains on March 15, 2018. Mexico remains on September 15, 2020. All other countries are on June 22, 2022.
• EB-5 Non-Regional (C5, T5): For unreserved visas, the Final Action Date for China remains on March 22, 2015. Similarly, India remains on November 8, 2019. All other countries and EB-5 categories are current.
